Today is the 86th birthday of the wonderful British actor David Jason. Best known for his roles in Only Fools and Horses, A Touch of Frost and Open All Hours.
In OFAH his character Derek Trotter became a familiar sight and his phrases (‘You Plonker Rodney’ and ‘This Time Next Year’) became part of popular culture)
His contribution to acting cannot be overstated so the best thing is to wish David Jason a very happy birthday indeed.
