What’s a moment that made you question reality?

The last ten years have made me question reality. At times I feel like I am living in the centre of a bad dream. In reality it’s more like a nightmare.

It started in 2016 when in the Referendum, Britain voted to leave the EU. Later that year I had a major stroke and in November that year, Donald Trump was elected US president.

We are still suffering from the after shocks ten years later, especially with the global advance of the far right.

I try to live my life normally despite all that, but the state of the world at the moment is very gloomy, but I must stay strong and manage the best I can.
